Sarah Ivory - ideas to increase preparation???

I have a sense preparation is incredibly low for the course.... Ideas to increase it are welcome?  I don't want to create anxiety (i.e call people out to summarise an article and 'tell them off' if they haven't read it) but I also want them to DO THE READING!  I (hope) you'll agree that we have not set excessive preparation.... Ideas?

Hi All, Hope your first week of sessions went well last week.  Please be in touch with any issues or questions. A few reflections on this week: Thanks to Marta, I've added some additional slides to the Team Working lecture, focused more on MBTI - I'm only going through these quickly in the lecture, but it may mean that you want to spend a little more time discussing MBTI and different personalities in the Workshops.  It's up to you.  I will upload the slides immediately after the session. There is some confusion about Topic Seminar reflections.  I'm going to go through that in tomorrow's lecture with DETAILED instructions on where to find the information etc. Please be careful this week in Topic Seminars as regards students 'fishing' for the 'answer' to the Analytical Essay 1.  I've had a few emails with students saying things like 'I can't find a definition of Shareholder Captialism - can you tell me what it is?'.  Quite ap...
